    In order to be considered you will need to have at least 12 months proven experience of working on your own residential conveyancing caseload (min 50+), and have the drive and ambition, coupled with excellent customer service skills to succeed within a volume business environment.

    In your role, you will be able to deal with complex cases, as well as manage your own caseload of Freelance and Leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties with very little supervision from Line Management.

    Full training (SRA accredited) and career development provided.

    Your role will be to utilise your full life-cycle expertise, dealing and liaising with all levels of staff from in-house users to management.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Produce detailed technical system specifications for developers.

    EXPERIENCE
    At least 3 years’ experience as a technical writer, preferably in a software-driven environment, or at least 3 years' experience as a software developer.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Fluent in English with a wide vocabulary and strong grammar.
    • Tenacious - Not intimidated by complex systems.
    • Organised and focused. You'll need to ensure that documentation tasks are well-planned, executed to the highest standard, and delivered on time.
    • Proactive - Determined to use your strong communication skills to engage with our developers and product owners.
    • Open to change. My client is a large but still fast-growing company — you'll need to be open to accepting and working with constant change.

    DESIRABLE
    Experience of developing backend software is desirable, but not essential.
